Our solution consists of using state-of-the-art cell culture techniques to produce meat of the highest quality. As a start-up we need to move fast and we strive to exceed projections. In doing so we also must balance short term goals with an understanding of the long term vision of the company. We move quickly but also care about the details. This is a difficult task but big things start small and inventing requires long-term thinking.
